Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 4 to 12 business days, depending on your location within South Africa. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier availability, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. The exact shipping fee will be displayed before you confirm your purchase — no hidden fees.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel's journey.

Delivery Issues

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at support@grace-glory.co.za and we will investigate with our courier partner on your behalf.

Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of the date you received your order, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty or damaged)
  • Items that have been used, washed, or altered
  • Items without original packaging or tags

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@grace-glory.co.za with photos of the item. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA).

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@grace-glory.co.za with your order number and reason for return
  2. Wait for our team to confirm your return request (within 2 business days)
  3. Ship the item back to us using a trackable courier service
  4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund or exchange

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault on our part.
